Rene Revilla started Revilla Garage Door Services in 2023 and still runs every job himself — spring replacements, cable and roller repairs, opener installs, new door installations, and emergency calls when a door is stuck open or won't close.
Most repairs are done same-day. The truck carries the common spring sizes, cables, rollers, and opener parts that cover the vast majority of residential failures. If a spring breaks in the morning, the door is usually working again by that afternoon. New door installations and custom work are scheduled a few days out.
Revilla works on all major brands — LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, and Amarr — and installs high-cycle springs rated for 25,000 to 30,000 cycles instead of the builder-grade 10,000-cycle springs most doors ship with. Texas heat accelerates spring fatigue, so that upgrade pays for itself here.
Every estimate is free and every price is quoted upfront, before the work starts. No surprises and no pressure — just a straight answer on what's wrong and what it costs to fix.
